UK trading venue

(1) for the purposes of MAR 9 (and in accordance with article 2(1)(16A) MiFIR), a UK RIE, a UK MTF or a UK OTF.

  • (2) (in SSR) (in accordance with regulation 3(1) of the Short Selling Regulation 2025):
    1. (a) a UK regulated market within the meaning of Article 2(1)(13A) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012; and

    2. (b) a UK multilateral trading facility within the meaning of Article 2(1)(14A) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014.
