limited redemption arrangements

(1) (in relation to an authorised fund that is not a direct dealing scheme) the arrangements operated by an authorised fund manager for the redemption of units in an authorised fund where the authorised fund manager holds itself out to redeem units in that scheme less frequently than twice in a month in accordance with COLL 6.2.19R (Limited redemption).
(2) (in relation to an authorised fund that is a direct dealing scheme) the arrangements operated for the cancellation of units less frequently than twice in a month in accordance with COLL 6.2.19R (Limited redemption).
